Adding Multiple Accounts to an Email Program

Q: Can I add multiple accounts to an email program?

A: Yes. The method for adding multiple accounts will depend on the email program that you are using.

  • Outlook:  Go to Tools - Account Settings. From here you can add or manage emails coming in. Then you can set up rules to have incoming emails sent to different folders.
  • Gmail:  Go to Settings - Mail Settings - Accounts tab. From here you can add or manage multiple incoming email addresses. Then you can set up rules using Filters which can be found on the Filters tab.
