Email Bounce Back/Hack Concern

On occasion, clients may inquire about why they are receiving Bounce Back emails that look like their email accounts have been hacked.

Q: I am contacting with you because I've been receiving multiple bounce-backs from weird email addresses that show that I'm the Sender. Has my email account been hacked?

A: It looks like someone may be using your domain Email Address as the "Reply-To" address. We have limited control in this area, but in most cases these emails (if successful in sending) are sent to a Junk folder. Typically, this dies down over time and should be of no concern since your email accounts are not likely to have been hacked.
