Q: Is there a way to see declined Auth.net orders in WSM?
A: In WSM, there should be an order ID in Authorize.net that will make it easy to pinpoint the specific order. Otherwise, you can do an advanced search in WSM to narrow down the results by date and time of transaction.
By looking at Authorize.net declined transactions, you should be able to match those up to orders under "Orders in Progress". Under the "Reports" menu you will find "Orders in Progress". In-progress orders have customer info, and will allow you to edit the order, and provide the option to turn the in-progress orders into actual orders.
