International Shipping Errors

  1. First, take a look at the "System Configuration" of your site, something here may have been missed.
  2. Go to the "Shipping and Handling" screen
  3. Verify that you have the desired countries selected for shipping availability.
  4. Lastly, verify that AT LEAST one of the below options are selected:
    • International Shipping
    • UPS Shipping: Select at least one of the options that will meet the desired criteria in order to ship outside the U.S.
    • FedEx Shipping:  Select at least one of the options that will meet the desired criteria in order to ship outside the U.S.
