Steps to add a Resource:

  1. Go to the back end of your WSM
  2. Hover over Modules
  3. Click Resources
  4. Click Add Resource
  5. From here you can enter all the necessary information for your Resource. The fields with a red star next to them are required, while the others are optional. It is always a good idea to include as much information as possible for your customers and search engines.

*Topic The resource topic.
Destination
URL The URL for this resource. (Remember to include the http://)
Link TitleThe title for the URL. What is displayed if the link is hovered over.
Link Target_self links in the same window while _blank will open in a new window.
Presentation
ImageUpload an image to use for this resource. Image must be in jpg, jpeg, png, or gif format.
FileAttach a file to this resource. You can upload a pdf, jpeg, png, or zip file.
*PriorityResources are sorted by priority in descending order. When resources have the same priority, they are sorted alphabetically.
*HiddenWhen enabled, makes resources hidden and completely inaccessible from the web.
Customer RequiredWhen enabled, makes resources visible only to customers that are logged into your site.
Customer GroupIn order to see this resource the customer must be logged in as well as assigned to an existing group.
